Responsibilities

• Assist with accounting, payroll, and administrative operations
• Manage member accounts, billing, and financial records
• Support human resources and employee administration
• Prepare reports and maintain accurate records
• Help improve office systems and business processes
• Provide administrative support for the management team

Qualifications

• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
• Strong computer, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Professional, dependable, and able to handle confidential information
• Self-motivated — able to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in accounting, bookkeeping, banking, office management, or business administration preferred
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance a plus (not required)
